Privacy Policy

openslot.ca is a directory of childcare providers in Regina, Saskatchewan. We collect very little personal information:

• Search queries you type into the assistant, used only to filter results.
• Provider-submitted information: daycare name, neighbourhood, age groups served, availability status, and contact details.

We do not require parents to create an account, and we do not use tracking cookies.

Provider phone numbers and email addresses are not published in the public directory listing. They are stored securely and only revealed one provider at a time, when a parent explicitly taps the Call or Email button on a provider's card.

Providers update their own availability using a private access code. These codes are never exposed publicly and are only checked on our servers when an update is submitted.

• To show parents daycare options that match their search.
• To let providers keep their availability status current.
• To keep the service reliable and secure.

We do not sell or rent any information to third parties.

Provider listings remain in the directory until a provider asks to be removed. Search queries are processed in real time and are not stored with any identifying information.

Providers may request corrections or removal of their listing at any time. Parents use the directory anonymously and can simply stop using the service at any time.

Questions about this policy or about how your information is handled? Reach us through the provider portal or by replying to any listing update confirmation.
